Minutes
The minutes of the last A G M were read and passed as a true record.

Matters arising
There were no matters arising.

Chairmans report
Chairman reflected on what was a very wet year with many of the fixtures cancelled because of the rain. Mr Drummond was thanked for his hard work in keeping the grounds in such good condition in spite of the weather. Finances had been consolidated and thanks extended to the various fund raisers. Chairman was to stand down and thanked everyone for their support.

A vote of thanks for Mr Hainsworth was proposed by J Dawson

Treasurers report
M Wray produced the accounts for the year and again stressed the need for thither thnd raising.
