Burton Leonard v Pannal Ash
Burton Leonard Evening B finished the Harrogate Evening League unbeaten for the season with a comfortable seven wicket win against the Division 6 runners up, Pannal Ash. Chasing a moderate 97 on a good pitch, useful knocks from Leigh Parsons (44*) and Ben Drummond (23) ensured there would be no slip ups on the final night of the season and Burton's 100% record in the league and the cup would be maintained.
Ernie Clarkson, the League Assistant Secretary presented Bryan Slack with the trophy at the half time interval to add to the George Greaves Cup won in July. Pictured below is the presentation and the post match team photo.
